Refund & Return Policy

This Refunds & Returns Policy (this “Refunds & Returns Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user” or “you”) and SWC platform and its affiliated companies (collectively, “Company” or “we” or “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Website”). The Website provides the following service: The Services include an online platform service that provides a place and opportunity for the sale of goods between the buyer (“Buyer”) and the seller (“Seller”) (collectively “you”, “Users” or “Parties”). The actual contract for sale is directly between Buyer and Seller and SWC is not a party to that or any other contract between Buyer and Seller and accepts no obligations in connection with any such contract. Parties to such transaction will be entirely responsible for the sales contract between them, the listing of goods, warranty of purchase and the like. Your acceptance or use of this Refunds & Returns Policy related to any of the Services (“refund”, “Refunds Policy”, “Return Policy”, or “return”) or another use of our Services is subject to the binding individual. 

SWC is not involved in the transaction between Users. SWC may or may not pre-screen Users or the Content or information provided by Users. SWC reserves the right to remove any Content or information posted by you on the Site SWC cannot ensure that Users will actually complete a transaction. Supplemental terms and conditions or documents that may be posted on the Website from time to time, are hereby expressly incorporated into this Agreement by reference. The company makes no representation that the Website is appropriate or available in other locations other than where it is operated by Company. The information provided on the Website is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject Company to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Accordingly, those persons who choose to access the Website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. All users who are minors in the jurisdiction in which they reside (generally under the age of 18) are not permitted to register for the Website or use the Company Services.


Application for Returns/Refunds

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refunds and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, Buyer may apply for return of the purchased items (“Item”) and/or refund prior to the expiry of the SWC Guarantee Period.

Each seller will examine the condition of each product before shipping out to make sure it is in good condition. However, if there are problems with the items you received, we do accept return or exchange following our policy written below.

On User’s request, to assist Users in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction. Users may communicate with each other privately to resolve their differences or approach their relevant local authorities to assist them in overcoming any dispute prior, during or after using SWC Guarantee.



Application for the Return of an Item

Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the Item in the following circumstances:

  • The Item has not been received by Buyer;
  • Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) to Buyer;
  • The Item delivered to Buyer is materially different from the description provided by Seller in the listing of the Item; or
  • By way of private agreement with Seller and Seller must send his/her confirmation to SWC confirming such agreement.

SWC will review each Buyer’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application is successful.

In the event where Buyer has commenced legal action against Seller, Buyer may provide the formal notification from the appropriate authority to SWC to request SWC to continue to hold the purchase monies until a formal determination is available. SWC will, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine whether it is necessary to continue to hold such purchase monies.

Rights of Seller

When SWC receives an application from Buyer for the return of the Item and/or refund, SWC will notify Seller in seller dashboard. Seller may respond to Buyer’s application according to the steps provided by SWC in the written notification. Seller must respond within the time-frame stipulated in the written notification (the “Stipulated Period”). Should SWC not hear from Seller within the Stipulated Period, SWC will assume that Seller has no response to Buyer’s application and will proceed to assess Buyer’s application without further notice to Seller.

Seller have right to refuse the refund/return request by buyer and SWC will review each Seller’s response on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether Buyer’s application may be successful against the circumstances stated by Seller.

Condition of Returning Item

To enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the Item, Buyer should ensure that the Item, including any complimentary items such as accessories that come with the Item, must be returned to Seller in the condition received by Buyer on delivery. We will recommend Buyer to take a photo of the Item upon receipt.

– Change of mind item is not applicable. Unless Seller agree on the refund via private method.

– Change of mind is not applicable as a return reason for this product due to one or more of the follow reason: safety and hygiene e.g :Earrings, under-garments, food items, costume or made item e.g Paints, Categories where cooling off period does not apply in accordance to local regulations, e.g motor vehicles.

– Items must be return in the original condition including taps, tag, or packages. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.

– Customers need to submit the request within 3 days from the date of receiving, any request later than 3 days will not be entertained.

– Request must be submitted together with photo showing the problems of the item.

– Items must be sent out from seller within 3 days upon successful request.

– If customers received damaged/stained items, and request to change to different designs or colors, postage of return and replacement will be borne by customers.

– Pre order items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.

Item more than RM300, SWC will act as 3rd party to verify the item ship to seller from buyer. In order to avoid any scam/fraud or abnormal activities during return/refund operation.

Normal operation of return item its take 5-14 working days after seller receive return item from buyer.

Liability of Shipped Items/ Products/ Services

SWC will not be held responsible for any of the caused damages, losses, or theft directly and/or indirectly done by the appointed courier services. The appointed or selected courier services shall be solely responsible for any of the unfortunate events to occur for in the products’ aftermath effects. This article has been fully agreed upon every joined Sellers of SWC through the SWC-Seller Agreement. 

In the event where Buyer has commenced legal action against Seller or Courier Service, Buyer may provide the formal notification from the appropriate authority to SWC in order to request for SWC’s assistance until a formal determination is available. SWC will, at its sole and absolute discretion, determine whether it is necessary to continue or to be excluded from such commenced legal case.

SWC may be of assistance in performing minor aids to associate Buyer with the Seller and/or the appointed Courier Service through recordings of the telephone line and/or monitoring letters and e-mails sent and engaged in between. At SWC’s sole discretionary this is to be performed in order to provide a better resolution as well as upgrades to SWC’s operational mechanisms.

Liability of Return Shipping Fee


  • In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller’s end (i.e – damaged, faulty or wrong Item delivered to the buyer), the seller will bear buyer’s return shipping fee.
  • In the scenario of the buyer’s change of mind, buyer shall get seller’s consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
  • In the scenario where both seller-buyer disputing the party liable for the return shipping fee, SWC at its sole discretion will determine the party liable for the return shipping fee.


Buyer will only be refunded after SWC has received the confirmation from Seller that Seller has received the returned Item. In the event where SWC does not hear from Seller within a specified time, SWC will be at liberty to refund the applicable sum to Buyer without further notice to Seller.

The refund will be made to Buyer’s credit/debit card or designated bank account, whichever is applicable. Refund will take 3 working days after seller confirmed received item from buyer.

Communication Between Buyer and Seller

SWC encourages Users to communicate with each other in the event where problem arises in a transaction. As SWC is a platform for Users to conduct trading, Buyer should contact Seller directly for any issue relating to the Item purchased.

– Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling, color differs slightly from the pictures shown online.

– Item design is slightly different from the picture displayed (e.g. button, pocket, or tag)

– Transparent slightly or bad odor.

– Size measurement differs about 1-3cm only.

– Customers who did not inform us and post the item back directly will not be entertained.

– Sold out items are not available for exchange.

– Sales items are not allowed to return or exchange for any reason except damaged items.

– Pre-order items due to size, color, design, and material problem is not returnable or exchangeable.
